UK CBT at the XRPL Blockchain Research Summit in Paris

UK CBT contributed to the XRPL Blockchain Research Summit in Paris, a two-day gathering hosted by XRPL Commons on 16 and 17 June 2026.
Walter J. Hernandez, Eya Abid and Alice K. Ng presented work at the frontier of blockchain research and application. Their contributions covered XRP Ledger architecture and infrastructure, scalable decentralised systems, and the regulatory landscape for digital assets in Europe and beyond.
The summit brought together academia, industry and policy for focused discussion on how research can inform infrastructure, regulation and real-world deployment.
UK CBT thanks XRPL Commons and Vera Radeva Hadjieva for their support and collaboration. UK CBT is supported by Ripple through the University Blockchain Research Initiative.
