On Wednesday 4th June, Walter Hernandez, contributor to the UK Centre for Blockchain Technologies (UK CBT), presented the paper ‘AMM-based DEX on the XRP Ledger’ at the IEEE International Conference on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency (ICBC) 2025.

Held at the University of Pisa, the conference convened leading experts in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies from across the academic and industry landscape.

The paper, published on arXiv, is co-authored by Walter Hernandez, Firas Dahi, Yebo Feng, Jiahua Xu, Aanchal Malhotra, and Paolo Tasca. The research was presented under the institutional affiliations of UK CBT and Exponential Science. The presentation highlights the ongoing work of UK CBT in contributing to blockchain science through rigorous academic research.
