UK CBT co-organised a series of seminars under “Digital Frontiers in Finance, Commerce, and Society” for Executive MBA students from Politecnico di Milano during their academic visit to UCL.

‍

Juan Ignacio Ibañez examined how token design affects regulatory classification and compliance across the EU, United States, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Giuseppe Destefanis introduced the foundations of decentralised systems, Web3 and token-based digital economies.

‍

Nikhil Vadgama led a session on Wardley Mapping, showing how the framework can help decision-makers understand the blockchain landscape, identify emerging technologies and position decentralised solutions in competitive markets.

‍

The programme combined research, policy and strategic practice, followed by interactive discussion with the Executive MBA cohort.
